Driver on time, personable. Took care of our luggage. Would use them again. Only suggestion would be that scheduled pick up time should be at least 2 1/2 hrs prior to board time at Southampton cruise terminal.

Absolutely disappointed with this service. After a wonderful experience booking and communicating...no one was waiting for us with a sign at the designated arrival point. We kept walking back and forth over a 20 minute period looking for a sign. Sent a communication and received no feedback. Eventually the 1 hour point came after the original pickup time with no indication that anyone was coming so we left in a taxi. Apparently the driver was there, just at a coffee shop and not waiting with a sign so we could not possibly know he was there. A refund was flat out refused. This is fine. I shall simply never use this service again and take my further business, bookings and generous tips elsewhere. I would also commend the London Heathrow taxi service, they are quite wonderful and I recommend them to other travelers. They take up to 4 large suitcases with 4 carry on bags and 2 people quite comfortably.

The drives Arrival was 8:30 am, we had 1 hour before he would leave. 2 of the passengers met up with the other 4 passengers at 8:45 am, the other 4 passengers arrived at 8:30am, in which the driver did not want to wait for the 2 passengers, the other 4 had to convince him to wait. When we arrived at our destination I gave him a 20 pound tip, & he did NOT help unload our luggage. Horrible service with this driver.

We did get confirmation but when I texted them saying I arrived, driver was not there. Then when I called was told to go to an outside area where he was not there. Then after waiting decided to go back inside the airport and driver was there. But drive was nice and family appreciated the private transportation. Nice vehicle.
