Paul H. was an absolutely amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgable and extremely personable! He gets you to the sites on time to see events like the changing of the guard and Big Ben chiming! He went out of his way to make this tour special and also looked out for us in every way … even provided ice cold water! It was a 7 star experience!
