We hired this company for a private transfer both from our hotel to the port (we went on a cruise) as well as from the port to the airport. The van was large enough to accommodate our whole group - we had 13 passengers, as well as luggage (1 large piece of luggage per person). Overall it was a good experience and I would probably hire the company again. However, in both instances, the drivers were 20 minutes late. We fortunately budgeted extra time for this; however, it added greatly to the stress of the situation. If you book with them, make sure to add extra time to make sure you aren’t late.
I had booked our shuttle for a 10:15 am pick-up at our hotel. Our shuttle driver was lost and did not arrive until 10:35 am. With this being said, I booked this for a party of 12 and had high expectations for the price I paid and them calling themselves a luxury shuttle. Our van had no AC - those sitting at the back were extremely uncomfortable the entire time. The listing also included water bottles, which we did not receive, but would've been nice given the heat inside the van. Our driver navigated well through the craziness of the Miami Cruise Port, but otherwise, I will not be booking with them again.
Easy communication with Victor on pickup at cruise port. Van was as described and requested booster seat included.
My family and I were traveling from the Cruise Port to the airport this day and once again no waters were offered as advertised when i booked the vans. The driver was nice and helped us on and off the van. He handled our luggage with care and there was no issues with dropping our family off at two different airlines.
The driver was late due to traffic which was beyond their control but the ride was smooth and we got there safely. The driver was nice and courteous. The description stated that bottled water was included but we were not offered any water nor did we see any on the van. My clients and I were pleased with the ride but disappointed to not have the water as expected
