A wonderful time, great guide, beautiful river. We took a sale boat instead of an motor boat and it was a great time.
We had a great time on our felucca ride on the Nile. It was lovely and peaceful to be on the water away from the crazy traffic and honking horns. We booked lunch and Mo our guide took us to a koshary restaurant which was great - authentic Egyptian food and very popular with locals The pick up was very smooth and the minibus was comfortable with much needed air con A word of warning - there are no facilities on the boat so go before you are picked up!
We had a great time on our felucca ride on the Nile. Our guide, Aladdin, picked us up from the hotel and we took a short drive to the boat launch. It was very peaceful to be on the water away from the honking horns. Aladdin was knowledgeable about the buildings were were looking at as well as Egyptian history.
Enjoyed the cruise BUT the guide did not point out important landmarks along the way nor talk about the history of Cairo. This information is good to know as a tourist. Food was average. Disappointed
We were a little disappointed they set sail with very little wind we probably only hit 900meters out and came back, we actually only got to the middle of the Nile from the bank so we really did not cruise the Nile we just got half way Accross it and back.
We met Firo who was our guide for the day, we loved it, Firo is great and very pleasant with a smile. It's more than just a felucca ride. Firo knows the best places. I recommend this excursion and this guide who made us spend a great day!
Daly and the captain were great. It was a lovely excursion - very peaceful. The lunch was excellent. It was just my husband and I and we would definitely book again.

Unimpressed ... 40 min. On a boat stuck between 2 bridge .. no information given to us . As 1st time. Egypt visitors and to the Nile . Food. We received was provided from unknown location. The result my wife. Has fallen ill and hat to get treatment at a hospital and we had to cancel our next upcoming tour. Because of it ... So we lost our money because of cancellation policy I want management. To connect me .. and refund me for both trips .....
The tour was very easy to work with. On the same day as the Felucca Ride, we modified our pickup location from our hotel in Giza to the Egyptian Museum without issue. We were picked up by Mostafa and Ahmed, both very friendly. Mostafa was a very safe driver with a clean, nice vehicle. Ahmed was upbeat and very professional. His English is very clear and he is a genuinely nice guy. The ride itself was enjoyable with the proper 1 hour of ride time. The only issue was that the ride was supposed to be sunset and it was modified to be earlier, which was acceptable considering it was Ramadan.
