Vehicles are assigned based on Group Size and Luggage, including SUV, Minivan, or Bus. Transfers between DXB and Dubai City take approx. 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic and location. Please provide an active WhatsApp number, as the driver will contact you via WhatsApp at Dubai Airport. For departures, pickup is scheduled based on traffic and flight time.

They are very responsive on what’s app. I would have liked a sign with my name on it but that’s my preference. He did show me my name on his phone though so I knew he was the right guy. Women traveling alone are safe with them. :-)

I used them to transfer to the hotel on arrival and return to the airport on departure. Very dependable and shared info about Dubai on the drive. They were on time, and communicated well. Upon arrival, I received a What's App message when I arrived, when I was in passport. control line, and they were holding a sign with my name in the arrival hall.
