When our ride finally got there to pick us up the driver was great and the vehicle was beautiful. We were supposed to be picked up at 9:30. At 9:40 I reached out to the contact. They gave me another phone number to call. Then I had to wait for the driver to call and when he did he was still 20 minutes away. It was good we didn't have a plane to catch. He was 45 min late. It was very expensive for that kind of service.
