Curved staircases, bridged walkways, and thick walls give the complex a unique industrial and bizarre aura.

The tour guides are very good!

I have joined the tours of this tour agency, "Jenny's Shanghai Tours" several times. This time's tour guide Tina, and the previous time's tour guide Peggy, both are very kind and have enormous knowledge about Chinese culture and Chinese history. This is my personal view, but I think the quality of the tour guides is pretty high.

Wonderful private tour of Shanghai

I just wanted to express my appreciation for Celine who delivered a simply fabulous tour on Saturday 2 May in Shanghai. She provided, in my opinion, the right amount of information about the sights we were seeing, she made the trip interesting and also had a good sense of humour. Our driver for the day was also wonderful. We never waited any length of time to be collected and he drove very well.

Two days in Shanghai

From first on-line contact to finish Jenny and her associates were conscientious, professional and accommodating. Driver Tao and guide Troy were on time and on site consistently and adjusted the schedule in accordance with our pace, our unique interests and time limitations. No small feat considering the distances and traffic we met in total comfort while conversing one-on-one with Troy about life experience in an historic and dynamic environment. Interesting sights (Shanghai circus!) and history, great new foods (snacks and desserts!) to try, shopping when and where we wanted. A safe, smooth and well-coordinated experience.

Fantastic English speaking guide.

Grace was a fantastic guide who could explain to us clearly all the sites that she brought us to. She also adjusted her commentaries to focus on our areas of interest based on observing and interacting with us. We enjoyed the 2 days we spent with her.

Great Experience in Shanghai

Ou guide and driver were excellent. They gave us good insight into Chinese culture and lifestyle. They pointed out symbolism we would have otherwise missed. The restaurants they chose were authentic and outstanding. We would recommend these tours. The communication before, during and after was very good. We always felt safe and well taken care of.

Awesome tour of Shanghai and Zhujiajiao water town

I did a two day tour of Shanghai with car and driver: First day was the Shanghai Incredible Highlights and second day was a visit of the Zhujiajiao Water Town with some more Shanghai highlights after. The booking of the tour with Jenny was easy. My guide was Cathy and she was very nice and knowledgeable. Her English was perfect. I learned a lot about the local history, culture and way of life. I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend Jenny's tours.

Fun time in Shanghai

Our tour with Apple was fantastic. She showed us everything that we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable. She was full of energy and tried to make sure that we could experience everything that we wanted to experience. She found fantastic food options for us to try and made sure we were well taken care of. She even gave us options of some extra things to do after we had gone back to the hotel to make sure our visit was enjoyable and that we could experience Shanghai. The driver was fantastic as well. He always showed up on time and made sure that we were taken care of. The car was clean and he was very polite and a safe driver, even when unexpected road closures caused him to try to figure out how to get us to the airport on time. The driver also took us to the hotel to drop off our luggage the first night and waited for us so he could take us to the Bund at night, which was not part of our tour, but he went the extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Highly recommend Jenny for guided tours in China!

1. Came across Jenny’s China Tours website while surfing online. Website is informative and booking a trip involves filling an online form. Steps are easy and straightforward. 2. Jenny responded very quickly and pre-trip arrangements were settled within a few days. Online payment was available for deposit and balance later on. It was efficient. 3. Local guide, Troy, and driver, Wang, were a great duo. They were always punctual and we had ample time at every attraction. Troy spoke fluent English and was knowledgeable about the places we visited. Local food recommendations were delicious. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Jenny’s China Tours for families. Special thanks to Troy for his personalised service.

Best China Tour, flexible to our needs

Besides the Zhujiajiao water town, we also took 2days Beijing greatwall, summer palace and forbidden city tour with Jenny. Overall, we are very satisfied with the guides provided. Their service was amazing and beyond (Jesse helped us buy train tickets to other cities and Jason patiently helped my MIL walked at Great Wall and took great pics despite the freezing weather). Jenny's tour is highly recommended...
