Depart via the National highway to the majestic Peloponnese peninsula. On the way to Nemea, make a brief stop to admire the magnificent landscape at the famous Corinth canal, the so-called Isthmus in Greek. Capture the most incredible panoramic pictures of the crossroad of the Peloponnese Peninsula with Central Greece and the Aegean with the Ionian Sea.
As we travel through the Peloponnese, you’ll discover a region rich in myths, legends, and breathtaking landscapes — from rolling olive groves and ancient ruins to charming seaside villages. The Peloponnese has been the heart of Greek history for millennia, home to heroes of the Trojan War and the birthplace of classical civilization.
After a full day of a wine adventure, pass by the stunning seaport town of Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece, for a brief stop. Wander around its charming alleys and feel the magic of one of the most picturesque cities in Greece.
Optional Visit: Your driver can take you to the winery located a 25 minute drive away in the nearby area of Argos. Alternative options: Semeli winery, Gaia, or Bairaktaris Wineries
Back on the minivan, to drive back to Athens to drop you off at your hotel.

Our day trip with Spyros was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The drive was smooth and comfortable, and Spyros was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region. The Nemea winery visit was a highlight excellent wine tasting in a beautiful setting followed by a stroll through the charming streets of Nafplio, one of the most picturesque towns in Greece. Spyros made the experience even better with his great conversation, local insights, and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable day trip, this tour and Spyros are highly recommended!
