Very disappointing experience. We had booked a private day tour departing from London, for Oxford and the Cotswolds villages. According to the booking description, we were supposed to have a guide. Upon our arrival in Oxford, the driver dropped us off at the square and asked us how long we wanted them to return to pick us up. We then asked him where the guide was who was supposed to accompany us according to the contract; he replied that he was the driver and that there was no guide, the same in the villages. We were therefore left to our own devices to visit, which ruined our day.
Professional driver and clean minibus
Saad, our driver, was friendly and professional. He was very flexible about timing based on our interests. I would suggest that people should give some thought to what they are most interested in so you use your time the best for you.
