Private tour with driver and guide. Very friendly and courteous. Assisted with special request and arranged a proper lunch. Picked up on time, due to private tour and no need for pyramid entree nor camel rides or multiple workshop stops the tour was about 4/5 hours.
Nice and interesting experience, you get to see everything but, in our opinion, things were kind of rushed. We would have enjoyed more time for pictures. Instead of lasting a full day, the tour only lasted a morning. There were also some spots indicated on the tour that we did not visit. Two becasue the guide suggested we did not since it was far and we accepted since we were tired (Dahshur Pyramids - Bent and Red Pyramids). But, in general, it was nice and the guide epxlained a lot sbout Egypt's history and importance.
The driver was fine, but the guide was disappointing. His attitude was acceptable at the Pyramid of Khufu at first. However, once he realized I had no interest in overpriced papyrus, perfumes, and similar items, his attitude immediately became very perfunctory, and his explanations were limited to only the most basic level. When I asked to visit places outside the planned itinerary, he even got angry with me. I do not believe this is the kind of attitude a guide should have.
An absolutely fantastic day with osama. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our whole experience fun and very interesting - he engages with the kids and adults perfectly. Very prompt pick up and extremely good communication would highly recommend
We were picked up from our hotel promptly at the given time. Khalaf was very knowledgable, he explined things well. took us to the right viewing points. Only thing was he was sometimes explaining things a bit too much and testing us and reminding us that he told us that before. All in all very good experience. Enjoyed the day.
We had an incredible experience visiting the Giza Pyramids with our amazing tour guide and driver! Traveling with my wife and daughter, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of us. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate—bringing the history of the pyramids to life in a way that kept all of us engaged, even my daughter. Every detail was explained clearly, and all our questions were answered with enthusiasm. Our driver was just as impressive—professional, punctual, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. Navigating the busy areas around Giza is no easy task, but he handled it with ease. Together, they made our day smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to explore the pyramids stress-free and with a personal touch!
We love the walk!!! Our guide Omar was mto cool and knew the script, was mto attentive and removed mta doubts, was an enriching day with mta information and culture all the tours we made with the viator were great super recommend
Really disappointing… The day started off brilliantly - the guide met us in the hotel lobby, and took us to a very spacious, clean car with an extremely polite and safe driver. However… the guide seemed more interested in ushering us along the historic sites as quickly as possible (and getting mildly annoyed if we dilly-dallied), and taking us to various authentic (commission generating) experiences - papyrus, oils and scents, spices, carpets, nine pyramid view etc. We politely declined all but the papyrus which didn’t seem optional. We therefore arrived back at our hotel after six and a half hours (nowhere near the advertised nine!). This included a lunch hour, which was convenient but nothing special. My advice: this is a good itinerary; go for the basic car+driver option, do some research and pick and choose what you’d like to see (which I now regret we didn’t do).
Absolutely the best tour guy we have experienced throughout all of Egypt with our guide Aladdin and his Driver hamdy. Our guide really made our family feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience and even came out of his way to buy us breakfast on request. I wished our guy was with us throughout our entire journey throughout Egypt. Unfortunately, he was a fixed to services in Cairo. The company overall seems. Very well organized. I would look plan out another trip with them if possible in the future
Good tour, tour guide had humor. Some stops felt rushed (e.g., Memphis), especially given that we ended back back at home much earlier than planned. So I recommend asking tour guide for additional time if desired.
