We were very disappointed with the planning. The time management was horrible. agent Yasmeen was never readily available to handle our issues. The driver Ibrahim was a wonderful guy. Also Ahmed, Sobhi, all the guides were great. The planning was horrible and at the end we realized lot of our times were wasted. The agent Yasmeen did not have professionalism at all and did not care about customer satisfaction at all. She did not have much idea about the sites and the distances. So, she ended up planning a horrible itinerary. If you want to customize, get someone else and verify the time and distances from google.

It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend the company to anyone wanting to visit Egypt . We had the best tour guide ever who was very insightful and full of humor. I personally enjoyed the passion he has for his country and his job . A great trip to see Egypt and learn about the Egyptian way of life. Home visits are an absolute highlight and our guide, Mustafa was so knowledgeable, he is an amazing trip leader.
