We had a great experience with Farid for both our airport pickup and our departure trip. He shared Egypt history and sites along our trips. Our guide met us in the hotel lobby and took care of all the communications as we left and as far into the airport as he could go. He then explained what we would need to do through the airport before he left. He was very professional and helpful.

Akram was amazing. He was waiting for us with a sign, got us through customs fast and then to our hotel. He also was the guide back to the airport and helped get us through the initial security. Highly recommend booking this as the Cairo airport and customs can be confusing.
