Your Welcome Pickups driver will be waiting for you at the selected pickup location and time. Before your ride, you’ll receive your driver’s details — including their name, phone number, and car information — so you can easily recognize them. Your driver will arrive on time and be ready to assist you and any special requests before starting your journey. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions—please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage can be accommodated. Please note: If your group consists of 4 travelers and each person has large luggage, a minivan may be required for a comfortable fit. To ensure a minivan is assigned, please make the booking for 5 passengers.
- For 1-4 people: A comfortable sedan will be assigned to your group.
- For 5-8 people: A spacious minivan will be assigned to your group.
- For 9-12 people: A private minibus will be assigned to your group.
- For 13-17 people: A private bus will be assigned to your group.

We used Welcome Pickups for transfer from the airport to the ship and back again. On the way back we also booked a 1 hour city tour. Dimitris was our driver and he was very friendly and even got us a pastry to try! He made sure we saw a lot of Athens in our short one hour tour and we really appreciated it!
Great company always on time and very friendly drivers
We were referred by the Silken Hoteles in Barcelona and we were extremely impressed with the service. The drivers were prompt, polite and professional. Our city tour guide did a nice job of showing us the city and sharing his knowledge and experience.
We booked a transfer from airport to Hotel , excellent service.we were delayed coming through passport control but driver very kindly waited for us once we informed him of our delay
Glykeria was in constant contact with us by the time we arrived at port. She ensured that we saw much of the city before directing us to our apartment, even arranging to have our bags dropped off prior to check-in time. She was very easy to understand and certainly knew the history of this awesome location.
Giannis was excellent. He was nice, knowledgable, and helpful for our coming stay. He helped us find the WC in the arrivals area, even when he was outside waiting for us.
Welcome transfers are great and Barcelona add on sightseeing was a plus but the Athens add on tour lacked coordination. An add on was not completed. Instead, two drivers were assigned; one for transfer with an adequate sized vehicle and a separate driver in an inadequate sized vehicle for sightseeing add on which did not happen. Don't offer and charge for an add on you can't coordinate. We paid for the add-on but di not receive and are waiting on customer service to respond. We were very satisfied with the transfers that were completed.

The first experience was ok-ish. The driver was late and he did not show up with a sign with my name on it. The second time was a disaster. The driver cancelled without informing us. His colleagues did their best to take us on time to our destination. So, no more welcomepickups.
