- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Over-sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- If you have booked a Riad in Old Medina, please expect a short walk because some of the streets are inaccessible by car.

Excellent service from Mr Khalid, very smooth and pleasant airport transfer. Mr Khalid greeted us at arrival with a sign with our name, bottles of water, shared wifi with us in the car and even prepared a map for us to find our way to our riad in the pedestrian section of the medina. The driver who was to pick us up at the airport in Marakech was holding a sign that did NOT have our name on it. Instead his sign said “Riad G___” (We don’t remember exactly what the wrong name was). It took an hour to link up for the ride to our hotel.
