- At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
- Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
- A maximum of 10 people per booking
- Nevada car seat laws require that CHILDREN UNDER 6 years old and below 60 pounds be in a child restraint system while traveling in automobiles. The child seat must be appropriate for the size and weight of the child, and must be installed within and securely attached to the vehicle.
- Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.

We booked the limo as transport from the airport to the hotel. It was my daughter‘s 21st birthday, and she was so excited to see the driver standing at the bottom of the stairs with our name on a plate. He was super friendly, took us to the baggage claim, grabbed our bags and walked it out to the car. The car was beautiful carpool. The driver was super friendly and it really was a wonderful start to my daughter’s 21st birthday. I would definitely use these guys again when I’m back in town.

Extremely disappointed with this experience. I had booked the SUV Limo that seats 12 people as a surprise for my husbands 30th Birthday to start off our Vegas trip. I paid £264 to then receive a standard SUV 5 seater. Thankfully I took pictures of the vehicle including REG - however despite doing this it still wasn't good enough to receive a full refund! I was offered £60???? Whereas the difference between a standard and the luxury 12 seater is over £150 different. Disgusting and Viator ended up ignoring my emails in the end. Booked other excursions through different companies (thankfully) would NEVER use Viator again - if they would've simply refunded me and owned to their mistake I wouldnt need to leave this review. The irony is - their chargeback team then emailed me asking for why I've put in a claim??? Maybe speak to your other teams before questioning! Extremely disappointed. Ruined the surprise for a special birthday.

Excellent service: Punctuality, friendliness, etc, but the unit was somewhat sloppy, the bodywork was missing and the tapestry of one of the interior seats was broken

Our driver went over and beyond to accommodate our plans and additional stops. He was at the airport baggage claim assisting us with alot of luggage which we so appreciated!

OLD car Sign not up when I arrived. I had to find the driver. RUINED THE SURPRISE Worst champagne ever Privacy window never closed or offered. What a waste of money.
