We had a private driver take us from Heathrow Airport to London City Airport and had a sightseeing ride through London passes several famous landmarks. Driver Ana was terrific pointing out the landmarks and a steady driver through the traffic. We have a tour set up in London in a few days and look forward to another great experience.

We booked Private Airport Transfers to our hotel. When we arrived there was no driver waiting for us. We called the company, and they had to send a new driver to pick us up. After waiting over an hour a new driver arrived. We had an overnight flight and booked Viator to get the best experience with a private driver knowing we would be Very disappointing service, and after calling Viator they told us that even though they were late/forgot to pick us up, the service was still rendered, and they would not do anything about it. Horrible Service - what a way to start a trip.
I would give 0 stars, if possible. Paid Viator $137.86 for an airport transfer in London (8/10/25). My daughter & I arrived on time, went to the meeting point, no driver. Called customer service → told driver came & left. Later told flight was “cancelled” (it wasn’t). Then told “records show we took the tour.” Three different excuses, zero refund. Ended up paying out of pocket for a cab after an overnight flight. This feels like a scam. @ViatorTravel — why deny a refund for a service never provided? Reservation #1285438789
