Private Arrival Transfer: Dubrovnik Airport to Dubrovnik, Orebić

Easy no fuss collection from airport great driver. Reasonable cost, would use again if returning to Dubrovnik

We old cuple came for autumn sun in Croatia. Having lovely trip while comming to accommodation was privilege

This transfer is advertised as private. It ends up being a private 25 minute drive to a two hour PACKED ferry (ferry from Dubrovnik to Korcula), followed by an eight minute private drive to our hotel (for which I was charged an extra US $30). When I complained, I was told that all transfers to Korcula require a ferry - which is true, but there is a car ferry from Orebic (two hour drive from Dubrovnik) which could be taken which would make the ride entirely private. We paid US $330 total for this and received about US $130 in value since I know the ferry for the three of us would have only been US $80. Thankfully Viator is a reputable company who refunded $300 of the money back to me, and for this reason, I will always book through Viator. But if you decide to book this to Korcula, ensure they are taking you to the car ferry from Orebic, not the passenger-only ferry from Dubrovnik.

Excellent! Such a kind, professional and cooperative driver! My husband and I highly recommend them. Our flight was delayed, and on top of that, our line to get through immigration was really long - causing there to be a 1 hour delay on our part. The driver was so kind, and had waited the entire time. On our way to the hotel, he provided much useful information about Croatia!

Quick and easy to find pick up at airport. Driver got us to the hotel quickly and safely and showed us great points of interest along the way. The price for private transfer I found to be very reasonable. Also used this service provider to take us back to the airport. It should be noted I foolishly waited until the day before our departure to schedule our return... when I went online to book the schedule did not reflect any availability and I panicked. Emailed the service and they set me up with a driver who also was very punctual and professional. I highly recommend this transfer service

A few bumps initially due to their confusion around our codeshare flight and our needing to provide the actual flight number/airline but they reached out and responded quickly to emails and we were able to get it worked out.

Easy transfer! No need to wait for a taxi or worry about being unsafe. Highly recommended for visitors. The driver has excellent knowledge of the region and can help you decide what to do or where to go.

First visit to Dubrovnik, first good impression of the trip. We didn't have to wait, the car was waiting for us. Very polite driver.

Despite walking around the agreed upon meeting area three times, we could not find our driver. When we did locate them, we saw that they carried a small clipboard, with our name written on it in small hand writing, tucked under the arm. No apologies were offered as we were ushered to a parking lot to wait. No small talk, no smiling. Once in the vehicle, it became clear our driver did not speak English. Unfortunately, I speak very little Croatian. We needed to be dropped off just above Banje Beach. Our driver was unfamiliar with the area (surprising) and we ended up driving around for a bit. I asked him if he wanted to talk to the owner of the property (who spoke Croatian) to get directions. He refused several times. Finally he agreed and we arrived. This was very stressful for my daughters, who were in the vehicle with me. My husband was waiting for us at the apartment and was very concerned when we did not arrive on time. Again, no apologies were offered. He did help us down the street of stairs with our bags and I am grateful for that. Overall, I did expect a higher level of customer service and competence. I would most likely not use this service again.
