Here are the details: - If you arrive at Terminal 1, please wait at Column B10. - If you arrive at Terminal 3, please wait at Column 20A. Once you are ready, please text or call the driver who contacted you earlier, or reach us at our WhatsApp hotline at +84 918532172. Our driver will arrive within 5 minutes of your notification. -——- **Transfer Information for Airport Departure:** - Please provide your hotel address and desired pickup time from your hotel lobby. **Important Note:** - You should arrive at the airport 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic flight. - The journey to the airport takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. ------------------------------ Important Update: Vietnam Entry Requirement – Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) Starting from 15 April 2026, all foreign travelers and overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam via Tan Son Nhat Airport are required to complete an online pre-arrival declaration. This new process is designed to speed up immigration procedures and improve your arrival experience. Who must complete this: • Foreign passport holders • Overseas Vietnamese traveling with a visa Who is exempt: • Vietnamese passport holders • Transit passengers Alternatively, you may scan the QR code available at the airport upon arrival. However, we strongly recommend completing it in advance to avoid delays. Important note: The declaration can only be submitted within 3 days before your arrival. Forms submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Our recommendation: To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry, please complete your declaration 1–2 days before departure.

We communicated our arrival flight but the scheduled pick up point was not at all coordinated. Only at the last minute was I able to contact Viator and get them to come to the appropriate pick up point. This is not the hassle you expect after a very long flight. Do better.

You mentioned that you had “arrived,” and the driver understood this as having just arrived at the airport and needing some time to complete procedures such as immigration or baggage collection. Fortunately, our driver followed up with you again to confirm whether you had arrived at the airport or at the designated meeting point at Column 12, as stated in the confirmation email. This miscommunication unfortunately led to a delay of around 5 minutes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
