- Grace waiting period of 10 mins for Seoul > Incheon Airport transfers. If you exceed the grace waiting period, overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour or part thereof is applicable and payable directly to the driver in cash.

Jasmine the coordinator was awesome. Very responsive. The driver met us with no issues. I made sure to let Jasmine know asap once I knew our flight was delayed while in flight via WhatsApp. Was perfect for our family of 5 and all our luggage.

The company sent us a message ahead of time to confirm details. It was easy to communicate with them. Our driver Mr. Lee arrived on the time indicated, our request for a carseat were fulfilled. It was comfortable and relaxing trip to the airport. Mr. Lee is a great driver and graciously helped us with our bags and warmly bid us goodbye. We are happy with the service and the car that was provided. Their rate is also very reasonable.

I wholeheartedly recommend this transfer service from ICN to Seoul! It was such a relief to see a friendly, prompt driver waiting for us right outside of baggage claim. The company went above and beyond by reaching out days before our arrival to confirm travel details and share the driver's information. Our driver was patient and welcoming, greeting us with a warm smile as he helped with our luggage. The van itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. The ride was smooth and quiet, allowing us to relax and even take a quick nap on the hour-long drive to our hotel. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and will definitely be using this service again in the future!

The driver was on time picking us up from the airport. Our luggages fit perfectly in the van. He was very careful about his driving except very quiet.

Gajayo- Seoul private airport transport Booked a private round trip transport from Incheon to Lotte Seoul Executive Hotel. Driver was waiting for us outside the arrival doors at the airport. Driver did not speak English but was very courteous and professional. We had the same driver returning to the airport and he arrived on time to the hotel. Only recommendation is to use Large Clear Name Signs at the Airport or to have the Drivers Text with specific meeting location in crowded areas. Will recommend this company for private transport.

It was raining extremely hard was so pleased we didn’t have to walk to the main area to catch a bus or train . It’s over an hours drive to the airport and this was great for the 8 of us . Our driver drove safely as well especially in the conditions
