Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on upon landing so the driver can contact you. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a prominently displayed name card 30–40 minutes after landing, and an additional 20–30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included (a total of 1 hour). Waiting charges will apply thereafter. For hotel or residential pickups, please be ready in the lobby or at the main entrance at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Only ZONE 1 of London. If you are unable to locate your driver or require any assistance with your pickup, you may call or message the driver directly, or contact Mason & Green on +44 20 7924 9177 for support.

Thanks for an easy experience
Arranged a private transfer from the LHR to the Cotswolds. Pre-arrival set up was very easy and facilitated by using WhatsApp. Communication of driver was smooth and easy as well. My only complaint is pricing was 60% higher or more than for an Uber. Also, they upsold me for a slight charge for an SUV and the vehicle was a very small SUV. So would not do that next time either.

We would just like to clarify that our airport transfer service is not directly comparable to Uber. We provide a guaranteed pre-booked service, including airport Meet & Greet, professional and highly trained drivers, assistance with luggage, and vehicles maintained to a high standard. Regarding the SUV upgrade, the vehicle provided was a Kia Sorento, which by UK standards is considered a large SUV and offers a high specification. Complimentary water was also provided, with WiFi available on request. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

Highly recommend. Our original flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating in changing to our new schedule. They kept up with our flights and kept communicating with us. The driver was waiting for us and was very nice. They made things not stressful after having a stressful flight situation.
