Spacious vehicle (SUV) The driver was punctual and didn't demand any tip. He drove carefully as and dropped me on-time.

Driver was there right on time at 315 am , provided a safe & quick ride to the Cairo Airport. I would ride with them again next time I return to Cairo.Clean Airconditioned car, friendly driver, whos name I can't remember it was so early in the morning.

If you are expecting a car like in the ad, you will be unpleasantly surprised. We were picked up 20 minutes late, in someone’s personal car. Obviously I didn’t see the dropdown that specifies which type of car (was there one??). The small bags we had didn’t fit in the trunk so went on front seat. Thank goodness the airlines lost my luggage, otherwise we’d have no room for that bag! We did get to the airport, safe and sound. The driver was friendly, spoke English. I guess that’s what matters.

Agreed on midnight pickup. At 12:13 i was told that the driver will be 10 minutes late. I called at 12:30 and was then told that the driver would be there in 15 minutes. I called again at 12:45 and received pictures of the street level of the hotel. You have to clear security and drive up the ramp to the main entrance, but apparently the driver didn’t want to do that so… Was I expected to push 2 suitcases down a ramp to the street? That was the first red flag because why would you not have the car cleared through security? I had been asking for a description of the car and tag since midnight and they kept saying silver car I guess so I won’t have proof that it is not the car they advertise online or in the pictures. The driver pulled up In a raggedy silver car that was dented up and I believe one of the tires had a hubcap black rim. I was basically in a rush and desperate, so I did not have time to take photos. I left the hotel an hour later than I requested. The driver also had on casual clothes, not professional to pick up in jeans. He he called someone so I turned on Google Translate and they were saying that it was OK because I still would have two hours and what is the time for my flight? It is not up to the company to decide how much time I have at the airport. Once I arrived and cleared through all of security and customs/border control, my flight was already boarding. I was not able to obtain any souvenirs, duty-free, use the restroom, or eat. When I finally got to the seat on my plane, I was dripping in sweat from running. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After 15 minutes, I should have just booked an Uber or another company. Horrible communication, kept receiving the runaround, and nonchalantly arrived 1 hour late. I had two extra bottles of wine that couldn’t fit in my suitcase and i planned to give to the driver a cash tip but when it hit 1230, I gave the wine away to some ladies in the lobby for free. If you can’t pick someone up at a requested time, don’t tell them that you will and then come an hour later. It is not up to you to decide what time people reach the airport. I’m so upset.

I will definitely use these guys again when I come to Egypt. Not only were they punctual and professional, but they really made us feel welcome.

Car was booket between 12.30 and 12.45.. I contacted many times the Company waiting for the driver until 13.15... and sent a last message at 13.15...finally go to airport with another car... Then got a message for the Company at 13.30 asking me to wait...

Driver was on time and helped load our bags. He was a very safe and efficient driver. He offered us many interesting facts and pointed out landmarks along the way. He took us to the perfect location at the airport to load in for our flight. Great service.

Excellent service and driver was early for the pickup, which made getting to the airport on time very easy. I’d highly recommend.
