COLLECTION DETAILS: For Airport-pick up: Upon entering the Arrivals Hall, please turn RIGHT after the sliding doors. Drivers will wait outside the airport information desk, which is behind the end of the railing directly in front of you. Our drivers will be waiting for you there with your name tag. We will then accompany you to your ordered vehicle. For Hotel pick up: please wait in the lobby area. Our driver will enter the hotel and search for you. Please make sure to be on time as the driver will do the same. Usually you are available about 15 minutes before the expected pickup time. For Harbour pick up please wait in the reception area of the cruise boat at the front desk. Our driver will enter and search for you there. For Main Train Station pick up: please go down to the main entrance hall turn left and meet us by the timetable light-boards On the way to the hotel, apartment, your private address, port or airport you will already see some of the most important sights. For airport and train station pickups, the included waiting time is 45 minutes. If there are delays that are not the responsibility of our passenger, we ask that you contact us by telephone in time, in order to be able to extend the waiting time and reschedule other trips. We also need the flight or train number to be able to track delays or earlier arrivals. City airport pickups are 2.5 hours prior to departure unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Our flight to Vienna was canceled by Austrian Airlines. Chris, our driver, changed his plans to accommodate our new arrival time. Then our flight into Vienna was delayed even more. Once again, Chris changed his plans once more to accommodate our schedule. Chris was awesome. He even gave us a quick tour of Vienna and a quick history of Vienna.

Did not enjoy being chastised for not turning my phone on sooner...initially, driver was rude but improved after we got started on the drive into Vienna.
I don't know what's your problem, I was searching for you long time and could not find you. You're at a foreign airport and don't know your way around, if you're going in the wrong direction then you should at least be accessible to the driver in some way. Sometimes several large planes arrive within a quarter of an hour and the rush of people, including those picking up people, is then very large and the arrival hall is very confusing. Since we also have other trips every day, we don't have the time to spend an hour looking for our guests, so we ask always "please turn on your phone". You have free internet at Vienna Airport and yes, you can make free calls via the internet and be reachable by the driver. Exactly this is the reason why we always write our customers to please turn on your cell phone. I was never rude, i only asked you if you did not read my message but maybe you are someone who is not open for that. I think the ride was absolutely ok and I explained you a lot on the way. As far as I remember, my last words at the airport as we moved over to the parking lot were "whatever, as long as we found each other" Maybe we both had not our best day, you after a long trip, me after a lot of delays and time hurry at that day, so you get a big "EXCUSE ME PLEASE" from me. Chris was amazing. Kept in great communication before our trip and then upon our arrival at the Vienna airport. He was easy to locate once we got our bags. Loaded our luggage into his vehicle and unloaded at the hotel. Gave a great tour of the city on the way to our hotel. Very insightful and knowledgeable about Vienna Would absolutely get him again.
