Our cruise was canceled to stop at Le Havre port due to National Port-mort strike 20 hours prior to the tour start. I called Viator as soon as I heard about that and requested for refund, however they denied any refund which cost us over $2000.

You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the tour date and time, if not, not refund is posible. For a cruise, it can be tricky and you must know that this is ALWAYS the cancellation policy. You will be picked up at Southampton harbour in private chauffeur-driven cars and taken straight to the places to visit as was our case to Mt. St Michel, give you the guided tour is a great experience with comfort.
