Nice, but not what we expected…

This turned out to be a remarkable day but not because of what the website describes. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to Bergamo, which is a city, not a winery. Our driver was amazing but knew nothing of the city (which we didn’t plan on going to) and dropped us off at the entrance to a cable car. We went up, took some pictures, and returned to the car. Our appointment at the winery was 2:00 and it was 11:00. He took us to the winery hoping we could get an earlier tour but found not. The winery recommended that we go to a nearby town and have lunch, which we did. Iseo was lovely and we enjoyed out time there and meal. We then went back to the winery and had a marvelous tour before returning to Milan. As I said, a remarkable day, but more details of what the day entailed would have been nice.

Operator response
