If necessary, we can adjust the pickup time and pickup address. You will receive the details of your assigned driver by email or WhatsApp, at least 8 hours before your tour starts. There is an additional cost for pickup at many locations that isn’t disclosed at time of booking. This should be added to the summary The tour is good for this many sights in a brief time. Offers flexibility in regards to house much time you spend at each sight. But within the limitations of a quick tour

To clarify, the additional fee you mentioned is due to the fact that our standard tour pick-up point is located within 5 miles of Central London—with the last stop at Piccadilly Circus. When the tour has been booked, the pick-up and drop-off was requested from Heathrow Airport, which naturally incurs extra fees because of the increased distance, Meet & Greet and the associated airport charges. Additionally, please note that the tour duration has been extended from 3 hours to 4 hours and 15 minutes to accommodate the longer travel distance to Central London. We make every effort to be transparent about all fees, and the tour details—including the itinerary and all applicable cost's , and this information was clearly provided at the time of booking. St James Palace was a surprise. Big Ben a real treasure. Our driver wasn’t completely familiar with some parts of London.

We have trained our drivers to follow the tour itinerary, we are very flexible to show you other places when a client requires this, but it is possible that on certain days many streets in London are closed and then it is difficult to find options to get there to the desired places. The pickup of this tour is within a radius of 6 miles from the center of London and you were picked up from Heathrow Airport, we have allocated another 1 hour for free which was reflected in the time spent from Heathrow Airport to the first point of interest in our tour, which probably made the total time longer. Our priority is to do everything we can to please our customers, unfortunately the traffic is not in our control, but we will make sure that in the future we find better routes to make your experience more pleasant.
