Our first experience of Westminster Abbey, one of the jewels in London’s crown and a must see for any visitor, is in the 14th century medieval under croft. Originally used by the Benedictine monks to store food and drink - the Cellarium is now a unique restaurant, and we pause here for refreshments. (Refreshments included in the price)

Amber was fantastic, I learned so much. I really appreciated that you looked for me and found me at the entrance. The tea and croissant reception was lovely. I would highly recommend it.
Amber was fantastic! We learned so much! It was great to see so much history in the Abbey. I highly recommend this tour.
I’m so glad we took this tour rather than just entering with the general public. So much to learn about.
Having the meet up and therefore completely avoiding the queue was brilliant! Not sure we really needed the cafe visit at the start but as the Abbey didn’t open until 9.30 it was useful. Abbey was a little crowded and that did spoil some of the experience and this meant it was more difficult for the guide to inform us. Also, it would have been good to time the tour so that we had the opportunity to attend the morning small service for Edward the Confessor. When we realised it was happening and where the steps were to get to it, we’d missed it.
Great tour, the refreshments were a nice addition at the tour start. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent tour and guide. Well worth it. Very informative, and much more then can be learned by walking through the crowds
My flight was delayed and I never made the tour. I forwarded the tickets and 4 of the 9 of us made it and said it was good
Viator booked way too many people in our group. There were about 20 in our group. The tour guide was 45 minutes late. He was great, but the logistics were poorly managed
Frank was fantastic! Knowledge and very passionate. Snack and coffee at the end was a great touch. Don't hesitate to book this tour.
We love Frank he is a diva and he loves his job so it’s very nice to see that! He gave good info and took questions excitedly.
