Important Information
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The first pickup in Central London on selected cruise arrival days will start from 10:30am and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11:30am.
- As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels
- The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Service from the cruise terminal is available from 7:30am on selected cruise arrival days. With the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15am
- If you are flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow Airport Hotel, you will be dropped off at approximately 9:30am. For London airport hotels you will be dropped at approximately 11:30am.

- If you arrive at Heathrow airport on the day of your cruise departure the best hotels to meet our driver for our Cruise shared ride Service at 11.30 am is from the Sofitel London Heathrow at Terminal 5 or the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 which are both connected to the terminals.

I cannot say enough good things about EC minibus. It was easy to find the driver and they were even a little early. Car was clean, comfortable and spacious. When I come back to the UK, I will absolutely be using them again. Thank you for making the transfer so easy and efficient!!! 10/10
Driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship, pleasant ride to Heathrow. Driver was friendly& courteous.
The driver did a great job. We just needed a ride to get to our next stop and he was friendly and on time.
The weather was horrible that day, but we made it to ship with ample time to spare. Our driver explained it was taking a bit longer, due to an accident on the highway. Back roads allowed us to see some of the beautiful country side.
Having a shared ride with other people reduced the fare for me as a solo traveller. When the booking was made by my travel agent I received an email from Viator to say they don’t pick up at the airport I needed to go to a hotel. So I had to make my way with all my luggage after travelling 27 hours to Hilton Garden Inn to be picked up. Yet after googled the closest hotel and how to get there on foot I confirmed I would be there to Viator. But I received a couple of emails from them saying they were picking me up from the airport. I had to email back each time to reconfirm exactly where they were picking me up. The driver was very obliging but didn’t speak good English and I don’t think he had done that trip before. He missed the turn to pick me up at Hilton Garden Inn which was tricky, but it meant he had to do a big detour to get back to me, which made him late to pick me up. Then on the trip to Southampton every now and then he would swing the wheel quite sharply when we changed lanes giving us sitting in the back a bit of a lurch. The couple in the car with me were from Canada and mentioned they had been picked up from the airport on other occasions so why couldn’t I have been?
We had the Southampton to London transit after arrival of our Transatlantic Cruise. Our driver was waiting for us and things went very well. Definitely would do again. Well run with staff that is dependable. Great experience.
Trip took 3 hrs instead of 1.5 - very poor. Driver not sure of directions... very disappointing ride.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As this is a shared ride service other passengers have to be picked up en route. This will add additional time to the journey. We aim to get all the passengers to the cruise terminal by no later than 1:30 pm. In checking the vehicle tracker on your travel date, all passengers were dropped off at Southampton before 1:20 pm.
The driver was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely schedule and is Viator for this type of thing again.
Very easy hotel doorstep to hotel doorstep transfer. Driver was on time and very courteous. Vehicle was newer and very clean.
Was picked up early from my hotel and shared a ride. What we both didn't realize that we would be shuffled half way across London and was asked to disembark our vehicle with our luggage in a drive way of another hotel and wait an additional 45 minutes to be picked up by another driver. This is not what I thought I was paying for when I signed up with your company.
Thank you for leaving your feedback, we communicated with you the day before and on the day of your travel, due to a national train strike we expected heavy delays on the day of your travel which did happen. As you have mentioned that you were kept waiting 45 minutes at the second pick up location. Your hotel was located in Southeast London which is not very easy to get to on a normal day and due to the train strike we made a decision to move you to another central hotel where you can join the service down to Southampton, this service is a shuttle service shared vehicle and we aim to get all the passengers to Southampton by 1:30pm, I believe you were dropped off at Southampton cruise terminal before 1:30pm. This is not our standard procedure but due to a national train strike this was the best solution to get you down to Southampton on time.
