Fantastic trip to Pompeii with pick up from hotel and private guide when we got there, viator were excellent sorting this trip. Victor booked this trip through Smooth travel Napoli who were the best, from Driver through to Guide and communication you couldn't fault them. Would highly recommend.

That the so-called tour is just the transfer from Napoii to Caserta by car! The tour was not included!!!

Riteniamo che lei abbia commesso un grave errore nel reagire in questa maniera, in quanto l'offerta acquistata per €250 era chiaramente un servizio di trasferimento privato con assistenza informativa a bordo, e non un "tour guidato completo" con guida ufficiale e biglietti inclusi, come da lei erroneamente preteso. È fondamentale sottolineare che il proprietario di Smooth Travel l'ha contattata il giorno prima del servizio e, quando è emersa la sua incomprensione sulla natura del tour, le è stato offerto di cancellare la prenotazione con un rimborso completo. Lei ha rifiutato tale offerta, decidendo comunque di usufruire del servizio. Non è responsabilità dell'azienda se lei non ha letto attentamente la descrizione del tour prima di prenotare. I nostri servizi, per quel prezzo, includevano un autista parlante inglese, acqua a bordo e Wi-Fi. L'autista avrebbe dovuto fornirle un resoconto storico di Pompei solamente durante il tragitto in auto, come pattuito. Lei, invece, ha preteso un'auto di lusso, un autista perfettamente anglofono, una guida ufficiale e i biglietti d'ingresso, il tutto al costo di soli €250. A ciò si aggiungono i molteplici cambi di punto di prelievo che ha richiesto. Un'offerta con tutte queste inclusioni per soli €250 sarebbe "troppo bella" e non ci permetterebbe in alcun modo di sostenere i costi e guadagnare per vivere. La preghiamo vivamente per la prossima volta di leggere i dettagli e la descrizione del tour prima di prenotare, invece di affrettarsi a etichettarci ingiustamente. Distinti saluti. Smooth travel

we booked with english as the language, and our driver spoke no english. we did not receive water bottles, access to the wifi, or any information about pompeii. when we arrived to pompeii the driver stated to meet back at the spot at 2pm. we only got an hour inside pompeii. at 2pm we were at the meeting spot and messaged the driver through what’s up app, and he stated he wasn’t going to be back until 3pm. the language barrier made our experience not enjoyable. the driver did show up once we stated his words weren’t clear about the meeting time. he drove us around naples to see scenic views. our experience was not worth the cost of the excursion.

This was an uncharged service provided out of goodwill. Similarly, we understand there might be a misunderstanding regarding the Naples tour. Our driver dedicated approximately four hours to showcasing the history and panoramic sights of Naples, expecting only a fair tip for his dedicated service, as is customary. We also have records, including correspondence and interactions, that suggest a positive engagement during this period. It's disheartening to hear that you feel our services were not up to par, especially after we believe we went above and beyond to accommodate your needs, including the complimentary services and a standing offer of a 30% discount on future bookings as a gesture of goodwill. We are passionate about the hard work we put into creating memorable experiences for our guests, and it's disappointing when our efforts are not perceived positively. This tour was amazing, very nice diver, who was helpful and recommended a tour guide, who was fabulous, Pompeii is much larger and more complex than we realized , so the guide was well worth having!

Our transfer to Pompeii with Dodi was amazing. He was easy to communicate with leading up to our trip and was at the designated meeting spot early to accommodate our early entry into Pompeii. Dodi went out of his way to highlight points of interest on our trip and also assisted in coordinating a guide and tickets for our Pompeii tour. We would highly recommend this tour with Dodi !!

Wonderful experience with Salvatore the driver and also Salvatore the tour guide. 2 hrs was more than enough time for us to see Pompeii. Salvatore even called ahead and we enjoyed a great pizza in Naples before hitting the boat. I highly recommend and would do again.
