Well we got to Paris late not tours fault but there wasn't a guide waiting. 30-45 mins later we got our guide. Guide was a mess. Only talked about shopping and the stores unless asked. Mention buildings and sites only after we passed them. Did not have a lot of time and it kept getting short every stop. Which really snow balled in the end. We ended up getting back to the port at last minute. Would have been a problem had the ships tours not been late. Bathrooms on bus didn't work. Driver spoke no English which made the drive to and from a little difficult. This tour had the potential to be a great tour. Just don't go by the times they give you.

Our guides do their best to balance this in real time. 3. Restroom breaks were provided at appropriate intervals, in accordance with public health guidelines and standard group tour practices. If you require more frequent restroom access due to personal health needs, we highly recommend considering a private tour, which offers greater flexibility and can be tailored to your individual comfort. 4. This tour is designed to fit within the limited port time of cruise ships. The 10-hour experience includes 2.5–3 hours each way for transfer from Le Havre to Paris, a 1-hour Seine River cruise and the remaining time for key Paris landmarks. Due to these constraints, interior visits are not included, as noted in the tour description. For guests wishing to explore sites more thoroughly or dine at leisure, we recommend considering a return visit by air or encouraging your cruise line to offer longer port calls in Le Havre. 5. With over 20 years of experience in shore excursions, we understand that first-time cruise passengers may feel anxious about getting back to the ship. However, please be assured that this tour includes a guaranteed timely return, as stated in the tour description. In fact, on this occasion, the group returned 1.5 hours before the ship's departure. While cruise lines often recommend a 2-hour buffer for boarding — similar to airline check-in procedures — this is a precaution, not a reflection of actual transfer timing. We are in constant communication with the port and monitor schedules closely. We kindly encourage all guests to base their expectations on the official tour description and itinerary, rather than assumptions or personal interpretations. Not as advertised. They only made a stop for 20 minutes at Notre Dame, 10 minutes at Jardins du Trocadéro and then the Siene cruise. I paid more because of promised stops. They weren’t provided. When picked up we were told there was a bathroom on the bus. It was locked and no access available. They did not inform us that there was no time built in for lunch. Advertised as 10.5 hours. Only 8.5 hours. No tour of the base of the Eiffel Tower, no stop at Arc de Triomphe. None of the other promised stops. Be very careful in booking. Many passengers did not get tickets to the cruise. Customer service was rude and condescending. The guide was friendly and informative. The only reason I gave any stars. He was not aware of the promised stops. I would not recommend this tour at all. Also advise you need to be able to walk at a speedy pace.

Your group was collected at 7:30 AM and returned by 5:30 PM (17:30), totaling the full 10 hours. The mention of 8.5 hours appears to be a miscalculation. 4) Eiffel Tower: The itinerary does not include exploration at “the base of the Eiffel Tower” which suggests there may be a mix-up with another tour. 5) Arc de Triomphe : It’s noted that you had a delay during the Arc de Triomphe visit due to a disagreement regarding restroom access. Kindly note that, in Europe, public restrooms typically require a fee, or it is customary to make a small purchase when using facilities in cafés. 6) Seine Cruise: Guests who booked the Self-Guided tour option did not receive Seine River cruise tickets, as this actibity is not included in that package. This option provides transportation to and from Le Havre only. This tour offers different options designed to accommodate the varying interests and needs of different types of travelers. 7) Customer Service: Viator’s Customer Care team has a strong reputation for professionalism. This is the first time I deal with feedback describing them as “rude and condescending” 8) Pace of the Tour: According to our guide ( thank you for praising him) all the issues may have stemmed from one single reason - difficulty in keeping up with the group’s pace due to your limited walking ability which impacted your overall experience. Please note that your negative feedback is the only one received from the entire group. We understand that shared tours may not suit every traveler's needs, especially when mobility limitations are a factor. In such cases, we strongly recommend considering private tour options, which allow for a more flexible and personalized experience not only for you but also ensures a smoother experience for other tour participants. The guide kept it light and lively through stories, hidden alleys, even a quick cafe stop for pain au Chocolat. Best part? The Seine river snippet, just enough to feel that Paris glow.
If I had to pick a downside, I'd say there wasn't quite enough time to see everything I wanted, but that's to be expected on a guided tour.
Travelling with kids had it's moments, but Paris has this way of making even the chaotic bits feel charming. Over all this tour left a permanent mark on our family's memories.
