They confirmed April 9th at 1:50pm and put us down for April 8th at 7am which was incorrect. They seemed to be organized when they sent the confirmation not sure what happened on their end

Although we sent the correct confirmation for April 9, an administrative error in our system scheduled your activity for the previous day, which caused this unacceptable inconvenience. We understand how valuable your vacation time is and regret the frustration this misunderstanding may have caused you. We are reviewing our scheduling processes to ensure that an error of this kind does not happen again.
Scam! Original booking time was at 1 and they kept calling to push it. We didn’t get there till 3 because they rescheduled. Once we did get there they didn’t even take us to parasailing and said it was bad weather. We wouldn’t have run into bad weather if they didn’t reschedule our time as it was sunny all morning. Additionally the guy wanted us to wait 2 hours before bringing us back home after cancelling our parasailing

However, we are surprised that you are labeling it a scam, knowing that the changes were due to weather conditions, which are beyond our control. We are even more surprised because we had agreed to refund you for the amount you paid.
It exactly what we wanted. Both driver and our tour guide went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. We have some friends coming down later in the year, they are going to love it.
I had a wonderful time with our driver and guide. Parasailing was fun so was local food. I will definitely be back in a few months
Very good experience. The minutes I was saying on the reservation were not completed, but I want to think that quantity is not synonymous with quality. That's why I give them 5 stars
The staff was so nice and helpful. They were patient and kind. The prices are great and the ride was memorable. The food they offer after on the beach is very delicious. They gave us a free cigar!!! So thoughtful I would definitely come back
