We leave from your hotel to the place of the activity we will pass through a local town in the area its name is called Philadelphia, if as I hear it in Guanacaste there is a place called like a state of the United States funny right, well here we can stop yes If you wish, there is an outdoor park where you can see wild animals of the area and take photos or stop to buy snacks if you wish or go to the bathroom.

Our driver never showed ! The hotel had to get involved due to language barrier. The driver never reached out that there was an issue. They simply didn’t show and we waited an hour. We ended up booking another tour through hotel and are still waiting for our refund . We should not only be reimbursed for what we initially paid, but the additional cost for the 2nd booking . There is cancellation guidelines that apply to consumers therefore the same should apply to Viator. Lesson learned to never book online! Wait and let the resort help you book any offsite tours
Had a great eye for pointing out wildlife and very knowledgeable about the animals. The animals included; monkeys, crocodiles, a variety of birds, and bats. I highly recommend Jorge as a travel guide along with with Miguel, the boat guide. On the way to the tour, Jorge spotted some howler monkeys and stopped to let us see them more clearly. Never once did he rush us. All trips include a delicious Costa Rican lunch with no up charge. All in all, Orly Tours is the best bang for your buck!
We have made an excursion to palo verde I want to tell you that my family wanted to see monkeys, birds but we did not know how to see that in Costa Rica, so we look for recommendations on tripadvisor and I suggest this company we investigate between comments, information and we booked with them our guide orlando es the best thing, he is a very helpful person, he explains the name of the animals, his transport unit is very clean, he uses all the health protocols recommended by the health authorities in short I fall short when talking about the great service of this company he deserves 5 stars and hopefully there are 10 stars because he deserves them, My wife and I enjoyed a lot with our friend. We will always carry this company in our minds.
Our chauffeur Orlando, and guide Harold were super cool, friendly and helpful in making our discovery of Costa Rica a real delight. They made the trek so much enjoyable. The tipical lunch we were served was nothing short of excellent in taste and portions. We've already shared with our next door neighbours our experience, and they too are palnning to go.
