Then, everybody will learn how to make chocolate gelato and the cone to put it in. Your chef will also take you through the history of Italian ice cream - perfect! We had a great time with Marcello! The place is beautiful, with such a cozy atmosphere—it really feels like cooking with friends. I made my first Margherita pizza and homemade gelato, and both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this experience—you won't regret it!

Cooking pizza and making gelato with Marcello was fun! We learned alot about the science of making good dough. Can’t wait to try it at home!
The chef explained directions well, was engaging, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the small group aspect. FYI, the chef is the one who makes the gelato and explains the process. Each person doesn’t make their own. Overall, it fun and delicious.
