Tatiana made our Palermo trip an amazing experience! Her vivid, fun storytelling highlighted Byzantine, Norman, and Islamic influences on Sicilian history with colorful local lore in a way that had our children wide-eyed and excited, and she tied buildings to the people and politics that shaped them with clarity and charm! Her deep knowledge of the city and neighborhoods revealed architectural details and overlapping styles we would have missed, and she led us to off-the-beaten-path hidden gems while sharing amazing, age-friendly information about Sicily that kept the whole family engaged. Best of all, she knew every spot for the most incredible canolis we’ve ever tasted; we give her 5/5 stars and only wish we’d had more time for a longer tour, but being on a cruise limited us to a shorter visit. I would recommend a by name request for Tatiana for anyone’s next visit to Polermo.
