The waterfall trip was a lovely day out. Our guide Muhammad was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
Do not book with this service! The driver did not drop us off in the place we were picked up from but 10mins away from that area. We are foreigners and thank goodness we bought a SIM card to have Google maps guide us down the narrow back streets of the medina at 6:30pm when it was starting to get dark! Customer service was poor which is a shame as we had such a lovely tour guide separately from the driver on the walk. I expected ouzoud to have a bit more because I’m used to great hikes but it’s an easy walk for anyone and beautiful scenery. Without a guide it would have taken us an hour and half to complete everything. It’s a three hour drive from Marrakesh so bear in mind if you have other things booked. If I did it again I would have booked a separate transfer and just paid for a car to take me there and back. It costs as little as 5MAD for nuts for the monkeys so don’t get ripped off by people selling them at the top of the mountain for hundreds of dirhams. The boat trip is a short 2minute ride towards the waterfall don’t expect any grand boat ride.
A great day outside the craziness of the Marrakech markets!! We chose to stay an extra day in Morocco and this was the right decision!! You will not regret this experience!
We had to request confirmation of pick up time & location a couple of times before hearing back. Our driver Yousef however was brilliant, really friendly, spoke excellent English and dealt with our mixed language group really well. Our guide at the waterfall however was not fluent in English, he had a script memorised but was unable to answer any questions. This combined with how busy the waterfalls made it difficult to keep track of where we needed to be and the Spanish speakers in our group had the same issue. This shouldn't have been advertised as an English tour when the guide was not fluent

Originally from Ouzoud, guide throughout Morocco, multilingual, Mouloud introduced us to his region far from the tourist routes, sharing with us his love for the natural beauties and the way of life of the Berbers who farm and live on these magnificent mountains.
Absolutely amazing experience, definitely worth it!!! The guide was a rushing at the beginning but then gave us plenty of time and advise, made the experience perfect!!! The food and the views are amazing!!!
