Itinerary
The day starts leaving Marrakech behind. At 8:00 hours we will head east towards Ouzoud, in the province of Azilal. During the journey, of approximately three hours, we will go through different villages, enjoying their life and their landscapes. Once we arrive at the Ouzoud Waterfalls, you will have free time to explore the area around 3h, enjoying the local flora and fauna (it is common to find small monkeys) and eat at the beach bars overlooking the fantastic waterfalls. You will be impressed with its 110 meters of fall: a sight for both sight and hearing. You have 3 hours on the site. You can choose to take a guide or explore the place on your own. If you are hot and brave enough, you can take the opportunity to bathe in the river. Although the water is usually quite fresh, we assure you that you will not be the only ones. We will be back in Marrakech late in the afternoon.

My recent experience left me quite disappointed. Firstly, I was unexpectedly charged an extra 400 Moroccan currency, which wasn't mentioned in the booking terms and conditions, especially considering the hotel's distance. The coach ride was uncomfortably cramped, leaving no room to move comfortably. The waterfall visit, which was a significant part of the trip, turned out to be underwhelming, with only a brief encounter with some monkeys during the walk. Considering the 3-4 hours journey to reach the destination, it simply wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend this experience; it felt like a waste of money.
Thank you for the review, and we will make it clear also from outside so everyone knows that you've tried to blackmail us. Your hotel was located 27km outside of the city (pickup and drop off then is 54km extra), still we offered to cancel the booking for free or to pay the extra (200 dirhams each way which is the lowest you'll ever find) but still you came back to us arguing. We can not make things free otherwise it won't be called a business but a charity association. You're even complaining about "nature" so we are not honestly surprised and the other travellers reading your review won't be surprised too about your low mark review. All in all, we can't make unhappy people happy and you can't blackmail people if they ain't taking you for free then you'll have to leave a bad review. This is only showing that our reviews are authentic and that there is still some people trying to take advantage of the others and get things for free (which we'll never let happen from our end).
