Rachid was a very friendly and punctual driver with who it was very easy to interact. He spoke fluent French, Arabic, Berber and good enough English (for which we were very glad since we didn’t speak any of the other languages). He knew the lay of land very well. We were given a very customized experience by him (and on occasions by his friends) and we are very grateful for it. I will recommend him highly and I will be sure to contact him again the next time I’m there should he still be available. He also helped us by setting us up with an equally competent and friendly driver in Casablanca within a short notice. Thank you for that, Rachid! Stay well!

Agreed departure was at 12 noon, messaged with no apology at 12 noon saying to delay and do next day as vehicle had an issue. Could have told me before hand, and seemed as if they didn't care. No follow up of compensation from them. Just cancelled and told me to get a refund. Came here for 4 days, totally wasted a day due to them.
Booked Ourika Valkey 12 Noon till the evening. Was contacted by them at Noon and asking me to delay my Excursion to the next day due to the vehicle having a fault. No apologies nor compensation from them, no car whatsoever. Booked them via Viator, they had no reviews but only booked as they seemed flexible with timings.
