This experience takes place in a beautiful private countryside villa and combines authentic Apulian cooking, traditional hospitality, and a refined dining atmosphere. Unlike standard cooking classes, guests will prepare at least 3 traditional pasta types by hand and enjoy a full traditional dinner with local wine in a more intimate and premium setting designed to offer a deeper connection with the real Puglia.

What a lovely experience and evening with our family of 3 daughters, ages 11, 12, & 14. We made pasta, we danced, we enjoyed the garden and then a delicious dinner under the olive tree. The hosts were friendly and enjoyable! Would highly recommend!! What a fabulous part of our trip!

Excellent experience with Fabio and his mom, Maria. We loved our meal and conversation. The orchiette making was terrific as well. Highly recommend. However, when I received the location the day of the event, it took me to the main office for activities in Ostuni - not the location of class. It was kind of crazy figuring how to deal with transportation.

This was exactly the experience we were looking for. Nonna Joanna welcomed us into her home, and the two guides provided excellent translation to her instructions. Our family of four learned pasta making skills, and took with us some good memories.
