Good bus & guide. Nice tour that meant our expectations
Once you have arrived , you have to climb a hill ..the views are splendid , it’s very breezy but worth seeing it.. in the summer, they do zip lining from there..
Was disappointed that the Tour Bus have to pick up another group from another cruise terminal . Wasted 20 mins … Tour guide is ok but most of us already felt moody due to the delayed .
Very little child-friendly from the guide side and too much talk in the foreground for the short trip and magnificent views
Excellent tour for a good overview of Oslo. Our guide (Elena - I think) did a wonderful job of describing the major sights of Oslo and the pace of the tour was good. The ski jump was quite impressive - and we had a reasonable amount of time there before continuing on to Vigeland Park. Elena provided a nice walk through of the park along with her commentary on the unusual sculptures. The provided us the flexibility to stay on the bus (with the appropriate extra fee) and extend our tour to include the Fram Museum and Kon-Tiki Museums. We enjoyed Elena's commentary at both museums and then they dropped us near the waterfront area and the Oslo Opera - which was pretty close to our hotel. All in all - a day well spent.
Enjoyed seeing the sights of Oslo on our first day. We were able to than go back ourselves and explore on our own. The Holmenkollen Ski Jump was impressive. Our tour guide was fantastic.
Excellent experience. Lots of walking and steps but well worth it. Chris, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Obviously loves his country.
The bus was excellent and the guide was good. Overall a nice trip.
Great city tour with a very informative guide John who was fluent in Norwegian but was actually Welsh. He explained the meaning of some of the sculptures in the park and was very knowledgable about the artist. If you are feeling brave try the downhill ski simulator at the ski jump!
I had a nice experience going through the city with a good history lesson on the city if Oslo. It was cloudy at the ski jump area unfortunately, but was interesting to see what I could. The guide Christian, gave us a nice tour of the Vigeland sculpture park and explained the artist who made the sculptures. Although the weather didn't cooperate perfectly, it was still a good way to spend a few hours and learn about the area.
