Jack is an engaging guide and the food sampled was lovely but limited to 3 stops. I felt it grossly overpriced for the area covered and food sampled.
Jack did a wonderful job helping us understand life as a local. We walked through a beautiful part of Oslo that is off the beaten track of “tourists”. The food on the tour was very good. Next time we’re in town we plan on getting reindeer stew and waffles again We are hooked. It was so good!
Great way to learn about Norway, its history and culture, see Oslo and experience great food and drink. Shaf, our guide was terrific! Great way to start a visit of Oslo!
Shaf and Kat were very good guides, and we were able to taste a variety of foods. I appreciated that the tour was "off the beaten path" and gave us a different perspective on Oslo. The amount of food was just about right - I've had other tours where only got very small bites, and others where I was completely stuffed by the end - this one was good and we still had appetite for a late dinner. Thanks!
We loved this tour. Shaf and kat were fabulous guides, engaging friendly and informative and we were with a lovely bunch of people on the tour - 9 of us in total so small and comfortable. Great mix of sights exploring a lovely area of town, interesting history and tasty food. Highly recommend this tour - great value for money we thought.
This tour is a great way to learn about Oslo's history and culture and eat some yummy food along the way. I booked this tour only a couple of days in advance and was the only person booked - Shaf was kind enough to run the tour for me anyway which I really appreciated. Shaf was incredibly knowledgeable and the food stops were delicious. Highly recommend this tour!
Val was a great guide and provided lots of great insight into Norwegian food and culture.
Shaf was very very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing the history and culture of Norway. The tour was worth every bit of money and time. I wish we had a longer tour with Shaf. Thank you for offering this valuable experience!!!
We had a great time with our tour guide Shaf. His stories and information was fun .Getting to taste authentic local food in small neighborhood restaurants was a special experience.
Quite an amazing eating experience with Shaf! I would have never ordered the delicious foods we ate, but to my surprise, they were all delicious. Shaf provided explanations of the food before we ate. He discussed the culture and offered insights into the neighborhood we walked through. A great way to get to know Oslo neighborhoods and enjoy an amazing array of foods along the way. Highly recommend Shaf and this tour.
