While our driver (though very late) was kind, we were not thrilled with her car. She was not the driver I told was assigned, the vehicle was extremely small and the ride was not comfortable as we had to shove bags in wherever we could. We paid nearly $200 for the passenger van listed on the advert. We got a small, personal SUV that barely fit our belongings. Please be honest about your transportation offerings. This was little more than a glorified uber.

After confirming my reservation and providing flight and travel information, I was stranded at ITM with no ride. Would definitely NOT recommend this operator.

Great ride to our hotel and very courteous driver. He made sure that all bag and belongings where put of the van and have tips as well.
