Driver arrived 15mins early and waited outside our property prior to departure. The drive was smooth and we arrived in plenty of time to take our flight

Our business with the MiniCabRide people started with booking the trip from London Heathrow via WhatsApp when we were somewhere in the Pacific! Our flight via Dubai had been cancelled and we had to be rerouted via China to Heathrow when our car was at Stansted. The service was ultra efficient as plane was earlier than scheduled and we were through baggage collect etc at Heathrow within 40 minutes and yet the driver was already waiting. He quickly took us to his luxury E-class Mercedes and drove us safely up to Stansted airport parking to collect our car. He insisted on taking us to our car and transferred our luggage into the boot. Very courteous and kind. We would use the service again if needed and certainly recommend it.

Driver arrived promptly as scheduled and I was sent a tracking link prior which provided live time tracking! Our driver was helpful, picked a great route (got to the airport within 50 minutes). He helped with our luggage and got us straight to the main entrance. The quoted price was the exact price paid with no additional extras and ultimately one of the best airport taxi services we have experienced!

Driver was a bit over 20 minutes late. We were at least contacted by the company 10 min before scheduled pick up to inform us, but if that were to happen to someone on a tight airport schedule, it would be a problem for them. The company contacted us again to say he arrived, but that was inaccurate, as it was several more minutes before he actually arrived. I total about 22 min late. The most concerning issue was that the driver drove aggressively and was likely speeding. We were passing everyone else and swerving around other cars. Some of us felt unsafe. 2 of us felt nauseated from the fast swerving. Then, he dropped us off at the first possible spot at the airport, not at the entrance, so we had to walk with all of our luggage farther than necessary. There was room to stop near the entryway, he just chose not to do that. Again, for a person on a tight schedule, this would cause more delay, and is certainly less convenient and more work for the customer. We travel a lot and most private airport transporters pride themselves on being prompt, driving safely, and making the airport trip as pleasant as possible, including dropping customers off as close as possible to their appropriate entrances. This driver did not meet those standards. As a side note, the car was clean and comfortable. It was also pimped out with bright blue interior and star lights in the headliner. We were entertained by it, but while some might enjoy that decor, others might not, so just mentioning it in case it is important to someone else.
