The driver was on time. The car was clean. The driver was friendly. The driver stopped at a rest stop about half way. Overall the transfer worked as well as possible.

Our driver was punctual, friendly, and helpful. We also felt very safe in her charge. The service was also extremely careful to ensure that we booked the correct vehicle and flexible when our number of suitcases grew at the last moment.
Our flight got in to Heathrow almost an hour early and the driver made the adjustment automatically (he picked us up 55 minutes after we landed). Our trip to Bath was comfortable and seamless. The driver was helpful and polite. So wonderful to be picked up and helped w luggage after a long flight! The driver did mention that it would be helpful for us to have downloaded WhatsApp so he could text us. Next time!
