Beyond its ancient gates, you'll experience a profound sense of tranquility, where the majestic, time-worn architecture blends seamlessly with the shimmering lakeside landscape. Once the Buddhist heart of Thang Long under the Ly and Tran dynasties, this sacred site offers a serene escape from the city's bustle, inviting you to connect with Vietnam's deep spiritual roots.

There are both indoor and outdoor sections, while the in-housed exhibition is particularly informative, the outdoor display and activities make the museum stand out from the rest. There are several houses modeled after the traditional architecture of ethnic minorities, especially those who live in Northern and Central highlands.
