It was absolutely beautiful. It was night, I couldn't sleep, so i gazed out the window and the stars... wow. It was just amazing. I never knew that anything could be so beautiful. My biggest regret was that I forgot to take photos and videos, and that I wasn't closer to the window. 100/100!!!
He was a very kind and wonderful tour guide. The tour was a no-brainer, and the Grand Canyon took us not only to the national park, but also to some of the more hidden spots. Please note that the $100 surcharge for foreigners is not included.
This tour was perfect for our family. We were only in Las Vegas for 3 nights in early August and wanted to see as much as possible in our little time. We were picked up from our hotel at 1:15 AM and greeted by our tour guide. The van was a comfortable 7-seater that suited our needs perfectly, allowing ample room to sleep while we drove to our first stop. Mike was a safe and friendly driver and brought our girls a welcome package of treats. He made multiple stops for washroom breaks and was extremely flexible with our dietary restrictions as a vegetarian family. The Grand Canyon was much colder than expected early in the morning, so we recommend packing for windy and cold weather during this tour. We visited two stops at the Canyon, one easy trail and another stop for a beautiful view and photos. Mike also captured incredible photos for us. We also came across some wildlife and throughout the drive Mike would tell us interesting facts and history. Once we reached Horseshoe Bend it was extremely hot. In the 40s we were surviving off of 5-6 ice water bottles per person. Our tour guide also brought us water and we will say it was needed. The view was beautiful and a wonder to see. We stopped for lunch at Subway (at our own expense) and then headed to Lower Antelope Canyon. We spent an hour here with a native tour guide and a group of about 15 people. As the canyon was underground it was a little cooler but still hot. Extremely beautiful. We slept on the way back and by the end of the day were extremely tired. We arrived back at around 8pm and Mike dropped us off at a dinner place we had requested for. One thing that had caught us off was the high tip, with how much we had already paid we thought the tip was a little high. Otherwise, this trip was amazing for our family and our two teenage daughters enjoyed it thoroughly as well.
The 3 destinations are simply amazing, no regrets having waking up at 1 am to start the long journey. The agency specializes in Korean tourists but speaks English and took great care of me.
Best time ever!! Truly recommended trips you should try Tour guides are really friendly also time arrangement is excellent
It was very nice beautiful scenic views, but most of the tour was given in Korean language. The driver was able to share some information, but the company did not reach out to let me know that they did not have a tour guide that spoke English. I double checked if I had book up a Korean tour, but indeed it had English language as a tour guide. At one point I regretted it, and I felt that the Q Travel took advantage of not contacting us. I had to be asking for simple directions because obviously the language barrier.
The places we visited were amazing. The deceiving part was that the tour guide could only speak Korean. Nevertheless the driver and the tour guide were kind.
The best part of the whole tour was Antelope Canyon. It’s so beautiful. There was also an amazing guide (Nadine - I’m sorry if spelled this name incorrectly), she was absolutely amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. And she showed us where and how to take pictures inside the canyon so our pictures look like from National Geographic. She even took some of the pictures. Thank you for letting me see the most beautiful place in my life.
Where do I start? 1. The tour was provided in Korean even though we booked a tour in English. 2. We were not taken to Zion, even though we paid for it. 3. The guide was discriminatory to non-Koreans. 4. The tour guide made my mom miss half the experiences based on his bias.
Thanks for your review. As stated on the tour information page, the tour is spoken in both Korean and English. Please read and know for sure, before you book a tour. You had two tour guides on your tour date. One of them is bilingual. The other one is a native English speaker. Please do NOT lie about the language spoken during the tour. They spoke both Korean and English. When our tour guides picked you up, you brought a gentleman and a lady in their mid 80's without notice, and we did not recommend encouraging them to go on the tour. However, you said you would take full responsibility for whatever happens. That is why we had decided to depart. For your and your parents' convenience, one of our tour guides took care of only you and your family. Although your mother had to walk with a cane, our tour guide helped her to see the sights, and she did NOT miss a thing. If you are telling us it was "discriminatory," then we are so sorry for the fact that we have a hugely different perspective on understanding the terms "discriminatory" and "special." Also, you did NOT pay the entrance fee of Zion national park. It is a bonus tour that can be skipped anytime, depending on the situation. Despite the guides' attempts to visit there, it was too dark to enter Zion national park at that moment. Please do NOT ruin our reputation by telling lies. We are letting you know that the other travelers complained about you and your party a lot. One of them has posted a review which says it was very unpleasant because your party made the whole trip delayed by your lack of time concept. She said your party was always late, and the others had to spend a long time waiting for your party.
Fantastic tour! The landscapes were gorgeous and the tour guide was wholesome! Would totally recommend!
