Be prepared for hours on the road.

Olympic Park is beautiful and was wonderful to see. The downside was there is A LOT of time driving in a tight and not terribly comfortable van. There should be some more stops in the park itself. Our guide Jennifer was nice but not very engaging. There were several HOURS of silence on the trip. She did not share much information or experiences about the park and area. It felt like she was more of just a driver than a guide.

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of Olympic Park – it truly is a stunning destination. However, we are equally sorry to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate your honesty in bringing these points to our attention. Regarding the driving time and vehicle comfort: We understand that the journey can feel long in a tighter vehicle. We have noted your suggestion about adding more stops within the park itself, and we will review the itinerary with our operations team to see if we can incorporate additional resting or viewing points to break up the driving time and enhance the overall experience. Regarding the guide's engagement: We are sorry to hear that Jennifer's commentary did not meet the level of engagement you expected. While she is a skilled driver, we agree that the guiding aspect is equally important, and lengthy periods of silence are not what we aim for. We have already shared your feedback with Jennifer and our training team to reinforce the importance of providing continuous and insightful commentary throughout the journey. Please know that we take your comments seriously and are committed to making improvements. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to show you the exceptional experience we strive to deliver.
