Experience the outskirts of Las Vegas! Drive 45 minutes to Eldorado, one of Las Vegas' best kept secrets! At the time of booking, you’ll select either an ATV or RZR to ride through the beautiful scenic Eldorado Canyons with your fun tour guides that will entertain you all day long. There is no experience required and all safety gear is provided. You’ll enjoy lunch by Capriotti’s. Your tour guides will take photos of your adventure throughout the day capturing your amazing experience and memories.
Drive 45 min outside of Las Vegas to Eldorado Canyon in Nelson. The best guided Gold Mine tour where you will see one of the riches gold mines in Southern Nevada and experiences the old west of 1861. This tour is historic, full of fun facts and a one of a kind destination.
Techatticup Mine, located in Eldorado Canyon, is Nevada's oldest and most famous gold mine, dating back to the 1860s. Here, you can explore its rich history, discovering the stories of miners who once sought fortune in this rugged, remote area.

- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- Minimum age is 16 years to operate the ATV with a valid drivers license and parent present
- Riders under 18 years must have a parent or guardian present
- All participants are required to sign a damage waiver.
- Safety gear provided & a Safety and Operations Orientation provided before tour begins.
- Credit Card must be called into the suppler before tour begins for any incidentals that happen on tour. Credit Card holder is responsible for all incidents/damages and credit card will be charged to cover the damages.
- The minimum 2 Seater RZR damages charge is USD $600.00 for a tire/rim damages; a minimum USD $3500.00 if rolled or tipped on side.
- The minimum ATV damages charge is USD $300 should a ATV be rolled or tipped on its side or tire damage, regardless of whether any damage is visible.
- No Crocs, Yeezy’s, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes! You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride. Sneakers, boots, or closed-toed shoes only
- We recommend no shorts due to the desert terrain and cacti. You are in the desert and need to be aware that rattlesnakes, cacti, and other wildlife may be present. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are still in the desert, so please dress accordingly.
- The minimum 4 Seater RZR damages charge is USD $600.00 for a tire/rim damages; a minimum USD $4500.00 if rolled or tipped on side.

Myself and 3 teenagers did this tour a few days ago to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday. All of us loved every minute! Our tour guide Alisha—was fun, professional and very knowledgeable. She really “read” my kids and understood what would interest them. The “town” was cool to explore and take fun photos. The ATV portion felt safe and the views were fabulous. The gold mine was very cool and so interesting!!! Fun day had by all!! Thank you Alisha and Awesome Adventures!

Fantastic trip! Jensen, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This tour allows significant time driving ATVs through the desert with a few stops to learn about the area. The lunch was fantastic and there are several games to play, including axe throwing, during the break. The gold mine was really cool to see and we learned a lot about mining. Definitely family friendly. This entire experience was great and we have recommended it to everyone we have spoken to about our recent Vegas trip

Absolutely fantastic experience seeing the old town with all the collectibles and antiques, and then a fantastic tour going into an old gold mine. The ATV ride in the desert was another great experience in itself.Jensen was a fantastic tour guide and I learned about many different things spending the day with him. Highly recommended.

This was so much fun!! The mine and western town was amazing. The riding was great. Probably about 1.5 hours of riding and an average speed of 20. Can’t go over 25 because of the land which is fine!! You don’t need to. Our guide Alisha was great!!! So knowledgeable and helpful and professional but fun!!! Would so do this again!!!!
