Nawin is a very good guide and very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The driver Ayub was also a good driver and very calm. Pioneer holidays who organised the tour that we booked via Viator did a good job with the car, the itinerary, the guide and the driver! Highly recommend booking with them. We took the old and new delhi half day tour without entry tickets which makes sense especially on a Monday as a lot of the museums and monuments are closed for weekly maintanence and also because we didn't want to enter all the sites.
We had a wonderful day exploring both Old and New Delhi with our tour guide, Nawin. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating historical insights throughout the tour, making every stop more meaningful. The highlight of the day was visiting the Qutub Minar—it was absolutely breathtaking. Nawin was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend booking a tour with them if you're visiting Delhi!

All excellent. Car driver Riyaz was punctual and cordial. Tour guide Jaspal was fantastic. Knowledgeable and very flexible. Weather was sweltering and they made it as comfortable as possible.
Sanjay & Sahar were both great. They were polite and knowledgeable. We had a 12 hour layover at the Delhi airport and wanted to see a little bit of the culture in Delhi. It was recommended to do a private tour rather than bus to have more control of time to not miss our flight. They picked us up from the airport and returned us there. The guys were flexible with us to fit our budget, energy, and schedule. Make sure to get some Indian rupees for shopping, tips, and for entry into a few of the monuments if you want to go in (the mosque, Red Fort, and possibly something else). The bike rickshaws were fun after a long walk through the thick of the town. We recommend Pioneer Holidays!
