Pick-up is available from anywhere in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad.
The Gurudwara is known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, who stayed here in 1664 and healed many people suffering from a cholera epidemic. The Gurudwara also has a holy pond, called the Sarovar, whose water is believed to have healing properties.
Your next stop is Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. Spend some time walking around the red sandstone courtyard. It was built in 1656 with the help of 5000 workers. It is situated in front of the royal residence 'Red Fort', in the midst of Chandni chowk.
Meet your guide at Sunheri Masjid and sit back in your tuk-tuk. Ride past the several colourful, busy bazaars of Old Delhi while your guide explains the important role they play for the locals.
Visit the famous market for spices in the Chandni Chowk. Let all your senses feel the Indian Spices like never before. Get to know some interesting facts and uses of spices.
Pass by Red Fort is a massive structure built by Shah Jahan between 1639-1648. It served as the main residence for the Mughal emperors. The architecture of the fort reflects upon the Indo-Islamic and Mughal style.
Pass by The 1921 'Tomb of the Unknown Soldier' has names of 13,300 Indian army servicemen carved on the wall who died during the First World War.
Next, visit the Parliament House. It houses the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, which are lower and upper houses respectively in India's bicameral parliament.
Next, President House. Originally built as the residence for the Viceroy of India, Viceroy's House as it was then called, has metamorphosed into today's Rashtrapati Bhavan.
