Begin near the Red Fort and step into Shahjahanabad, the historic Mughal city now known as Old Delhi and discover Chandni Chowk’s unmatched diversity — a 1.5km stretch where Hindu temples, Jain temples, mosques, churches, and Sikh gurudwaras stand side by side. Wonderful. Rithvik was on time. We took in an easy trip with judicious use of rickshaw. Has a taste of lip smacking alu paratha. Also spent time at Jama Masjid ( grand) and spice bazar and a quaint Jain temple. Rithvik was fluent and knowledgeable. He took good care and dropped us back to the metro station. All in all it was different and enjoyable…
We had a great tour of old delhi. Anas was a very knowledgeable guide with plenty of interesting stories and information. He carefully shepherded ua through the market, we would recommend this tour for an authentic experience of old delhi.

This is actually more than a heritage walk. The amount of knowledge Anas khan, the host hold is unbeatable. First I thought he will only take us to lanes, but he described the historic stories behind every area. We were lucky enough to get the favourite kheer of Madhubala, All thanks to Anas khan. Anas crafted the beautiful story of Shahjahanabad, where he seamlessly connected the 17th century to modern days. We ended our journey standing inside Mirza Ghalib's house and enjoying Madhubala's hot kheer. Loved the journey.
