Horrible experience! Driver didn’t speak any English and charged me for toll and we never went through the toll. The driving was reckless and I should have just got an uber.

The company never received our reservation, so we were left to find another ride option at the last minute. I was told I will receive a refund for the inconvenience, but it was very frustrating at the time.

If after 25 minutes, they still tell you I’ll be there in a minute. I’ll be there in a minute. They’re not showing up. Called twice they wouldn’t answer the phone. Wanted to use this service because we had very little time to get from the airport to our hotel and then go to the theater. We wasted so much time we ended up taking a taxi anyway.

Our plane arrived early and we had to wait a long time for our driver. Apparently our arrival time wasn’t verified again. An uber would have been faster.

The car service showed up late AND when they finally arrived went to wrong terminal. Had to call and give driver the information

Thought we had paid for a nice big car to get into the city. Nope! Just a normal car dirty inside and out. No clear instructions for meeting point. Stood nearly an hour. In fairness my phone wasn't linked to new esim. But used an airport phone still not clear. Squeezed in. With four cases and persons guy was lovely. But not what we though. More of a Uber car, not a car serviceas shown.. very disappointed ☹️

Driver was on time and 100% professional and courteous. She did everything possible to attend to our comfort and out a single woman in a strange environment traveling with a child at ease!!!!

I never received the specific pick up details so I would know I was in the correct place for pick up. I went to the app to chat with the operator and no response for 30 minutes. Contacted Viator and they reached out & received no response. Due to a timeline/schedule I had to opt for an Uber due to uncertainty.
